At Inkswell, each print is made uniquely for you based on your custom-generated artwork. Because every piece is produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you generated on our platform, we'll make it right.
We will replace or refund items that meet one or more of the following conditions:
Minor differences in color, brightness, or crop ratio are expected due to screen calibration and print processes and do not qualify as defects.
